This means you want to start to consume at least 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day to keep the body in good health before consuming weed. If not, dehydration can become the reason for serious hangover symptoms and the same applies to alcohol consumption. Do not overlook this aspect as it might be a lifesaver.
2. Smoke or Vape Instead of Eating
A lot of people end up eating cannabis (i.e. pot brownies) and that is not a good idea. Instead, you should look to smoke cannabis as that is a lot easier to process for the body and is not going to be as difficult.
